Returns & Exchanges:
- Due to the nature of our skincare products, we cannot accept returns on used and opened items.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly replace it.
Refunds:
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval of your refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
